1. Services

Chef Kujabi provides private chef services, including custom menus, on-site preparation, and dining experiences. Service availability may vary based on location, date, and event requirements.

 

2. Booking & Payment

• A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your event date and initiates planning.

• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

• Payment can be made via the secure methods listed on the website.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify event details (such as guest count, location, or timing) must be made at least 7 days before the event. Changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

5. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While every effort will be made to accommodate these needs, Chef Kujabi cannot be held liable for adverse reactions if full details are not provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide a clean, safe kitchen and dining environment.

• If venue access is required, it must be available at least 2 hours before service time.

• The client agrees not to interfere with food preparation and acknowledges that certain setup elements may involve heat, sharp tools, and other kitchen risks.

7. Liability

Chef Kujabi will not be held responsible for:

• Damages caused by guests or third-party vendors

• Injuries occurring at the event unless due to gross negligence

• Events outside of our control, including power outages, natural disasters, or force majeure

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including menus, recipes, photos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Chef Kujabi and may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
